Andreas Kamoutsis was born in 1979 and grew up in Athens. He studied computer science and worked in that field until 2013, when he was captivated by the Art of Photography, which he has practiced professionally ever since.<\/span><\/p>\n

He teaches street photography workshops, which he organizes independently through his group “Spontaneous Shooters” or in collaboration with photography schools. Since 2016, he has been an Official Fujifilm X-Photographer, ambassador in Greece.<\/span><\/p>\n

His photographs have been published in print media, newspapers, magazines, and online, both in Greece and abroad. He has presented his photographic work in talks and screenings across many cities in Greece. He has held three solo exhibitions and published the photography book titled A Place Among Them \/ \u039c\u03af\u03b1 \u0398\u03ad\u03c3\u03b7 \u0391\u03bd\u03ac\u03bc\u03b5\u03c3\u03ac \u03a4\u03bf\u03c5\u03c2 in December 2022. \u0397e is the founder of The Athens Street Photography Festival, ASPF.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bringing out emotion and mystery, combined with simplicity and harmony, is his primary goal in every photograph. His approach to photography reflects a personal effort to adapt to the social shifts of our time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pigment fine art prints have a lifespan of up to 50 years or even more, depending on the specifications of each paper (OBA percentage, acid free, etc.). Acryluxe prints have a lifetime of up to 10 years or even more,<\/span> as defined by the certifications provided by the manufacturing companies. ChromaLuxe Metal Prints have a lifetime of up to 64 years, as defined by the certifications provided by the manufacturing company ChromaLuxe and Wilhelm Imaging Research, without these being at the same time a guarantee of lifetime and this because there can be no control as to conditions in which the prints are exposed at the end.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

These certifications tests have been carried out under specific exposure conditions, such as indoor use, no sunlight or uv radiation, 20\u02daC \u2013 28\u02daC temperature, 60% humidity and absence of environmental or other air pollution. Any deviation from the above can reduce the lifespan and affect the quality of the prints. Under normal conditions of sun exposure (direct or even reflected), the lifespan can be reduced to less than 5 years. Photolab Athens informs about the certifications of each method by the manufacturing companies, but does not guarantee the lifetime of the prints.<\/span><\/p>\n

The products sold on the Site are digital prints some of them numbered and in limited edition. The digital prints are offered in one or more formats and print options, according to the suggestions made between the artist or his\/her representatives and Signature Prints.<\/span> The final paper print may be modified without any prior warning but replaced by a similar characteristics paper.<\/span> The digital prints are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity in English.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
