Louis Boyera, also known as Pellarose, is a multidisciplinary artist originally from Lyon, France, whose creative universe began taking shape from early childhood. He discovered photography at a young age, drawn to the bold lines and vibrant colors of urban architecture. Deeply influenced by the modernist aesthetic of Le Corbusier, he developed a singular artistic sensibility where geometry and light serve as the foundation of a personal visual language.<\/p>\n

At just 13 years old, he photographed Le Corbusier\u2019s iconic chapel in Ronchamp and held his first exhibition\u2014a defining moment that marked the beginning of an artistic journey at the crossroads of urban art, color, and form. His visual research resonates with the work of major figures such as Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, whose influence is reflected in his pop-inspired and graphic compositions.<\/p>\n

In addition to his work as a photographer, Boyera has directed two short films, \u201cMartin\u201d and \u201cDepths and Mysteries,\u201d both of which received special recognition at international festivals in Berlin, Moscow, and Los Angeles. His artistic expression also extends to music: he served as director of the Conservatory of Guyana, in South America, for eight years.<\/p>\n

Today, Louis Boyera \u2013 Pellarose fully articulates his artistic vision through photography and painting. His work explores the dialogue between architectural structure and pictorial emotion, where light, geometric forms, and boldly expressive color become the driving forces of a contemporary and deeply personal aesthetic.<\/p>\n

Pigment fine art prints have a lifespan of up to 50 years or even more, depending on the specifications of each paper (OBA percentage, acid free, etc.). Acryluxe prints have a lifetime of up to 10 years or even more,<\/span> as defined by the certifications provided by the manufacturing companies. ChromaLuxe Metal Prints have a lifetime of up to 64 years, as defined by the certifications provided by the manufacturing company ChromaLuxe and Wilhelm Imaging Research, without these being at the same time a guarantee of lifetime and this because there can be no control as to conditions in which the prints are exposed at the end.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

These certifications tests have been carried out under specific exposure conditions, such as indoor use, no sunlight or uv radiation, 20\u02daC \u2013 28\u02daC temperature, 60% humidity and absence of environmental or other air pollution. Any deviation from the above can reduce the lifespan and affect the quality of the prints. Under normal conditions of sun exposure (direct or even reflected), the lifespan can be reduced to less than 5 years. Photolab Athens informs about the certifications of each method by the manufacturing companies, but does not guarantee the lifetime of the prints.<\/span><\/p>\n

The products sold on the Site are digital prints some of them numbered and in limited edition. The digital prints are offered in one or more formats and print options, according to the suggestions made between the artist or his\/her representatives and Signature Prints.<\/span> The final paper print may be modified without any prior warning but replaced by a similar characteristics paper.<\/span> The digital prints are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity in English.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
