The general conditions of sale detailed below (hereafter designated “General Conditions”), govern the contractual relations between each user (hereafter designated the “User” or “You”) of the site signatureprints.photolabathens.com and the commercial brand “Signature Prints” belong to Actidis Efstratios – Photolab, 6 Aristofanous str. 15561, Holargos, Athens, Greece and registered at the Greek General Commercial Register under the number 087628502000 (hereafter designated “Signature Prints”).
These general conditions of sale are the only applicable and replace all other conditions, explicit and written. Signature Prints can punctually modify certain of the dispositions of its general conditions. Also it is necessary that these be reread before each visit to the site signatureprints.photolabathens.com (hereafter designated “Site”). These modifications are opposable starting from the date of their instatement online (the date of their instatement online figuring at the end of the present conditions) and cannot be applied to contracts concluded anteriorly. Each purchase on the Site is governed by the general conditions applicable at the date of the order. In validating your command, you accept without reserve the General Conditions after having read them. In accessing the Site, you commit yourself to respect the present conditions. It is specified that the present conditions govern the sales of the digital prints and frames of Signature Prints on the Site.
Utilization of site
To use the Site, You must be at least of the age of 18, be juridically capable of contracting and using the Site conformingly with the present General Conditions. You guarantee the truth and exactitude of the information provided by Yourself, on this Site. Signature Prints reserves itself the right to annul or to refuse the order of a client with whom there would exist a litigation relative to the payment of an anterior order.
The Site is available in English. The language of the Site is in function of the language of Your internet navigator.
Essential characteristics of the products
The products sold on the Site are digital prints, some of them numbered and in limited edition. The digital prints are offered in one or more formats and print options, according to the suggestions made between the artist or his/her representatives and Signature Prints. The final paper quality may be modified without any prior warning, but will be replaced with a paper of similar characteristics. The digital prints are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity in English.
Prices
The digital prints prices are indicated including VAT, but not taxes and shipping fees. The currency in which the prices are indicated is Euro. In the case of a delivery to a country outside of the EU, you are the importer of the order concerned. For all the orders expedited to destinations outside of the EU, the customs duties or other local taxes of importation or taxes of the State are susceptible to be demanded.
These duties and sums do not result from the jurisdiction of Signature Prints. They will be at your charge and result in your entire responsibility as much in terms of declarations as in the payments to the authorities and the competent organizations of your country. We advise you to inform yourself about this according to your local authorities.
Signature Prints reserves the right to modify its prices at all moments. The products will be billed on the basis of the price list in vigor at the moment of the registration of orders, under the reserve of availability. The products are the property of Signature Prints until the complete payment of the indicated prices.
Methods of payment
Several modes of payment are offered to you to pay for your order on the Site :

• Paypal
• Bank Transfer
• IRIS payments (only for Greece)
Security of payments
All credit card payments are processed securely through PayPal. Your payment information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure a high level of protection. This data is transmitted securely and cannot be accessed or intercepted by unauthorized parties. At no point does Signature Prints have access to your full card details (such as card number or expiration date).
Proof
The information registered by the Site constitutes the proof of the entirety of transactions effected between the Site and its clients. The information registered by the system of PayPal or financial institution constitutes the proof of financial transactions.
Processing of orders
Orders effected from Monday to Friday, outside of holidays, are expedited between 3 to 8 working days depending on the print option or other optional products.
Shipping address
Signature Prints delivers in the EU. Delivery to another country could be arranged upon request.
The delivery will be effected to the shipping address that you will validate at the moment of the order as being the «shipping address», this address being able to be different from the «billing address». Change of shipping address after the effectuation of the order is not possible.
Modes of deliver and transit times
The possible modes of deliver depend on the quantity, the size of the digital print(s) ordered and the destination country. If your order comports digital prints of different sizes, it is the size of the largest one that is taken into account. Signature Prints reserves for itself the right of the choice of the transporter.
The delivery date depends on the production time, the date of expedition of the order and the transit time for delivery established by the mode of delivery.
The delivery of items described as «Courier service» will be normally effected in the indicative transit times mentioned, and at the latest 10 days following the ordering, except in the case of a force majeure.
The delivery of items described as «Shipping with FedEx» will be normally effected in the indicative transit times mentioned, and at the latest 15-20 days following the ordering, except in the case of a force majeure.
The respect of the transit times depends on our transporter. In consequence, no request for indemnification, whatever nature it may be, will be able to be claimed by the client.
For orders with a pick up from our main offices, customers have a maximum of 2 months after receiving a notification of their order being ready, to come and collect it. Failing this, the order will be cancelled and the amounts paid will be retained by the supplier in compensation. Beyond this period, the customer cannot claim a refund or delivery of the digital print(s).
Despite the shipping packaging description on each product page, Signature Prints may modify the packaging method without any prior warning, always ensuring the safest delivery of the artwork, as well as affordable costs.
Shipping fees
The shipping fees vary according to the destination and the mode of delivery as well as the number and the format of the digital prints ordered.
Import fees outside the European Union
Items for shipment to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. You further agree that the Designated Carriers may disclose to Signature Prints the amount of actual Import Fees levied on the item you have purchased from Signature Prints. In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order. To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation.
Reception of the delivery
At the time of reception of your order, it is your responsibility to: – Ensure that if the packaging is damaged you refuse the package or note your reservations on the delivery slip prior to signing it – Open the package to check the state of the digital prints or frames. In the event of a problem, please contact us within 24 hours, with photographic proof of the incident. No complaint will be admissible if the delivery slip was signed without making note of your doubts or reservations. If you do not personally receive the package, ask the person in charge of receiving the package to verify it.
Unpacking
All of our products are individually and thoroughly inspected before packing and shipping. Please be careful when unpacking and how you handle the digital prints. Use soft or cotton gloves while handling.
Restrictions
Please refrain from hanging heavy products over beds, sofas or other areas where they could pose a risk in the event of a collapse. If you wish to position such artworks on the aforementioned walls, there are established safety practices that can be followed to ensure secure and proper installation.
Do not place digital prints or frames close to heat sources such us fireplaces, heaters, A/C, etc. High temperatures may affect and damage the products.
Right of revocation
Each digital print is specially produced for each customer by Signature Prints after confirmation of the order. In that case the Customer cannot request the cancellation of their order, which excludes the possibility of the Customer exercising their right of withdrawal or refund.
Right to return
In the case that the digital prints received do not conform to the order, you dispose of a right to return. In this case, please contact us and we will indicate to you the return address and the procedures of return.
Signature Prints will effect the exchange of the damaged product, within the limitation that the product is available. In the case that a product is no longer available, Signature Prints will offer you another one of an equivalent sum.
In the case of the exercise of the right to return, and only in this case, the shipping fees of the return and of the new shipment will be assumed by Signature Prints.

Rights concerning the artwork
The artist, because of having taken the initiative of their creation, remains the bearer of the rights of author of his or her work, as defined by the greek law. The rights of representation and of reproduction of the works presented on the site signatureprints.photolabathens.com belong to their authors. Their authorization is necessary for all exploitation of these rights. Your rights to the purchased work are therefore limited to a right to private use, excluding any right of representation and of reproduction.
Intellectual property right
All the elements present on the site and the site in itself are protected by the right of the author, right of trademarks, of designs, and models and/or all other intellectual property rights. By item, which we understand to be non-exhaustive: the photographs, images, designs, illustrations, texts, videos, logos, screen savers, backgrounds, trademarks, models, software programs…These articles belong to the company Signature Prints or are utilized with the permission of their owners. Therefore, all reproduction, representation, utilization, adaptation, modification, incorporation, translation, commercialization, partial or integral by whatever procedure or on whatever medium that may be (paper, digital…) are forbidden, without the advanced written authorization of Signature Prints.
Jurisdiction
The present conditions are governed by greek law. They are available in the language of the consultation of the Site. In the hypothesis that litigation would be born out of the present contractual relation, the User and Signature Prints commit before any judiciary action to search an amiable solution. In the case of litigation, only greek tribunals will be competent.
Privacy Policy
Any data of a personal nature identifying you directly (notably your surname, first name, postal address, email address, telephone number) or indirectly (notably the computer records left by your navigation on the Website) will be considered confidential data and treated as such, subject to the evolution of the legal framework as to the qualification of data of a personal nature.
Signature Prints complies with the EU’s Payment Services Directive (PSD2) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure secure and lawful processing of your personal and payment data.
