In collaboration with the artists, our team selects the artworks, as well as recommends printing materials and sizes.

Artists can request the modification or removal of their artworks, as well as the addition of new ones anytime.

Artists only need to define their desired commission for the copyright of each artwork.

Signature Prints adds the cost of printing and a small handling fee, on top of the artist’s commission. Additional costs will apply if the client requests optional products (frames, etc.) or shipping.

Artists initially send us their artwork files in low, non-printable resolution, exclusively for use on the Signature Prints platform. If an artwork is sold, they are required to provide us with the full printable resolution file.

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is immediately sent to the artist, notifying them in real time that one of their artworks has been sold.

The high resolution files are immediately deleted from our server as soon as the artworks have been printed.

Signature Prints cannot commit to the exclusive use of the high resolution files, as it is not possible to control whether these files are also accessed by others.

Once an artwork is sold, the artist is required to issue an invoice for the sale of the copyright to the Signature Prints’ head company “Photolab Athens – Aktidis Efstratios”.

After each artwork sale, Signature Prints promptly deposits the commission amount, that each artist has set for their copyrights, via bank transfer.

Artists are invited to join the Signature Prints platform for free. There are no subscription fees or other hidden charges.

Artists retain the copyright of their artworks in all cases.
